An overview of the research work conducted by the various groups that make up the Institute will be presented. Furthermore, the implications of this work for different scientific and technological fields will be discussed, along with ways to strengthen existing synergies among these groups. The primary objective is to raise awareness of the Institute beyond the context of the University of Málaga.
